• Visitor entry to all The Indian Boutiques exhibitions is free of charge upon registration.
• Registrations are personal and non-transferable.
• The Indian Boutiques reserves the right to refuse entry at its discretion.
• Visitors must comply with venue rules and the instructions of our staff.
• Children under 12 are welcome when accompanied by a registered adult.

• Stall bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of payment and written confirmation from The Indian Boutiques.
• Stall allocations are made at the sole discretion of the organiser.
• Exhibitors are responsible for the setup, display and conduct at their allocated stall.
• Cancellations and refunds are subject to our cancellation policy communicated at the time of booking.
• Exhibitors must comply with all venue regulations and applicable laws.

The Indian Boutiques shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from participation in our exhibitions or use of our website. We make no warranties regarding the accuracy of information provided on this site.

The Indian Boutiques reserves the right to change exhibition dates, venues or formats, or to cancel events due to circumstances beyond our control. Registered participants will be notified promptly. We shall not be liable for any costs incurred by participants as a result of such changes.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
